Shipping & Handling

I will only send out items using PosDaftar or Poslaju.

The differences between the 2 options are as follows:


Poslaju - Suitable for both flat and bulky items. Charges depends on item weight. Delivery timeframe is between 1 to 3 days. Each parcel has a tracking number and requires recipient's signature. I'm offering flat rate for Poslaju; RM7.00 within Sarawak, RM8.00 to Sabah and Labuan, and RM9.00 from Kuching to West Malaysia. Subject to change.

Pos Daftar - Suitable for both flat and bulky items. Charges depends on item weight. Delivery timeframe is between 3 - 7 days. Each parcel has a tracking number and requires recipient's signature. I'm offering flat rate for Pos Daftar; RM3.00 within Sarawak, RM3.50 from Kuching to Sabah and Labuan, and RM4.00 from Kuching to other states. Subject to change.

When you order, please choose the delivery option that you prefer. It will not be calculated by the system. I will calculate the delivery charges based on the weight and/or size of the item(s) you purchase. I will send you an email with the invoice (total price + shipping and handling charges). I will not charge more than required.

Handling charges are for the cost of the packaging, ie. brown paper, bubble envelope, plastic bags, boxes, packing tapes, etc. Wherever possible, I will use packaging materials that will protect the items the best.

I send out mails before 9.00 am on Tuesdays and Fridays, except Public Holidays. If you pay after 9.30 am, your items will likely be mailed the next mailing day. If you pay on Friday, your items will only be mailed on the next Monday.

I will not be responsible for lost or damaged mails or late deliveries. Please make sure that your mailing and email address is valid.

You will be required to provide your contact number upon registration for shipping purposes. Please note that Crafty Heart will never share your contact numbers with anyone for whatever reason. I value your privacy and trust.
