Shipping & Handling

We will only send out items using Registered Mail, Pos Ekspres or Poslaju.

The differences between the 3 options are as follows:

Pos Ekspres - Best for flat or small items. There are 3 different Pos Ekspres envelopes provided by Pos Malaysia, RM3.00 (22 x 11 cm, <100g), RM3.50 (22.9 x 16 cm, <250g) and RM4.50 (35.3 x 25 cm, <500g). Delivery timeframe varies from 1 day (within KL/Selangor area) to 3 days (other states). There is a tracking number for each envelope and it does not require recipient's signature.

Registered Mail - Suitable for both flat and bulky items. Charges depends on item weight. Cheaper than Poslaju, but slower in delivery. Delivery timeframe is between 1 to 7 days. Each parcel has a tracking number. Requires recipient's signature. You will be charged for a bubble/padded envelope, registration & tracking number, and stamps.

Poslaju - Suitable for both flat and bulky items. Charges depends on item weight. Delivery timeframe is between 1 to 3 days. Each parcel has a tracking number. Requires recipient's signature.

When you order, please choose the delivery option that you prefer. It will not be calculated by the system. We will personally calculate the delivery charges based on the weight and/or size of the item(s) you purchase. We will send you an email with the invoice (total price + shipping and handling charges). We will not charge more than required.

Handling charges are for the cost of the packaging, ie. bubble envelope, plastic bags, boxes, packing tapes, etc. Wherever possible, we will use packaging materials that will protect the items the best.

We send out mails before 9.30 am every day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. If you pay after 9.30 am, your items will likely be mailed the next morning. If you pay on Friday, your items will only be mailed on the next Monday.

We will not be responsible for lost or damaged mails or late deliveries. Please make sure that your mailing and email address is valid.

You will be required to provide your contact number upon registration for shipping purposes. Please note that Crafty Heart will never share your contact numbers with anyone for whatever reason. We value your privacy and trust.
